Applications:  Erythorbic Acid is used where low sodium processed foods are required.

It can be used as direct replacement for Sodium Erythorbate and Ascorbic Acid. It is also very efficient in prolonging the shelf life and appearance of vegetables commonly used in salads. Can be applied via spray or dip.

Storage and Transportation:store in well ventilated,dry and cool location with temperature below 30℃ and avoid direct sunlight.transportation is the same as storage
